However, it’s important to note that manufacturers only warranty their specific products and have a clause that their material must be professionally maintained.

For comprehensive coverage, homeowners can purchase an upgraded warranty at approximately $20 per square (averaging $800 total) to obtain full, all-inclusive protection. To maintain warranty validity, annual maintenance is required and material companies have been known to fight customers on this. To avoid being pushed around on your warranty, professionally documented evidence of proper upkeep guarantees your material warranty is never in jeopardy from that clause.

The $150 annual maintenance fee covers two annual roof inspections by ARS, during which we check for damage and address any issues found. This guarantees your material warranty is valid. This service also creates a photo-based documentation system that can be referenced by insurance companies to verify when storm damage occurrence.
